The local cards have an option " i´m habitual" which will become you in an habitual by putting your users name and your password

Ifr you want to add an evento you only have to enter in the card of the local, choose a day, that you want for celebrating the event, in the calendar

To recommend a local on facebook you will have to enter in the card of it and click the f of facebook that you have under "habitual of the local".
